The Little Gym

 We started Sarah at The Little Gym about two weeks ago.  She really likes it, and her favorite part so far are the bubbles!

 We had about 2-3 inches of snow about a week ago.  Sarah was not a big fan of it, but we got a few pictures anyway.

I caught Sarah trying to pull her bag of blocks as she was on her bus; she got so frustrated that she couldn't take them with her and ride as easily as she is used to riding the bus.

 Sarah has been shaking her head "no" for a while now, but now she actually says "No"; it's really not accurate to what you ask her, but she sure likes to use that word!

 We went to the Trains at North Park Mall exhibit.  It was pretty neat, but definitely something for a four year old boy...It was something we could do together though, so it was nice!

Sarah is pushing Kayleigh (a seven year old); Kayleigh did help her at times, but Sarah thought she was doing it all on her own!

Christmas in Houston

 On our way to Houston, Rusty stopped to get a strawberry milkshake.  We let Sarah taste it, and from then on, it was pretty much her milkshake.  She's definitely a fan!

 Sarah made some strides over the holiday weekend.  It all started on Christmas Eve when she stood on her own many times for pretty good chunks of time, and she took a few steps on her own too.  It was pretty exciting!

 This was the first time Sarah played with markers and paper; she was VERY much into it! (look at that face)

 Sarah is really into sitting in chairs these days.

 The girls were super excited to open their gifts.  Addison and Sarah were matching, courtesy of Yia Yia, and they were looking pretty cute, I might add!

15 Months Old!

 We had Sarah's 15 month doctor appointment today.  All is well, and Dr. Nail was very impressed with how strong she was at resisting to stay still (Sarah had a hard time with him this go around, which he said is perfectly normal for her age).  She's keeping at her growth curve and now weighs in at 20lbs 8oz (10-25%), is 31" tall (75-90%) and her head is 18.5" (90%).

 Sarah gets super excited while watching her Praise Babies DVD.  I was pretty impressed with her kneeling abilities here!

She's also super excited when she plays with Einstein, which I'm sure you can tell from the pictures!

Sneak Peek: Christmas Card

 It was a fun challenge to get Sarah to stay still and give us a smile for the Christmas card this year.  I put way too many of the pictures on here, but see if you can guess which pictures we actually used...

Priceless!

 How cute is this face?  Just priceless!

 While watching Addison one day, she decided to climb into the box.  When I first saw her, I thought she fell in there on accident, so I got her out.  As I did, she looked at me like, hey, I wanted to be in there.  So, I just put her back in, and she stayed in there for a while playing with Sarah.

 Sarah likes to push pretty much anything these days.  She's pushing the magazine bin around.

 While at PaPa's for Thanksgiving, we managed to get a picture of some of the family.  Kim is holding Slade, the newest addition to the family.  He is Art and Alison's, and he's just so cute and easygoing!

Sarah reading her book on the way back from Houston.  Overall, the car ride there and back was so much better than it had been in a while.  Here's hoping the future car trips are just as good or better!
