Open House

 Last night was Open House at Sarah's school.  All of the kids sang for the parents, and then we went back to the classrooms to see all of the artwork they made.  It was very impressive!  The teachers and staff did an excellent job, especially with organizing all of these toddlers into a chapel full of people!  The children did great too!  Sarah was so excited for us to see her "big music show"!  She did great; she sang all of the words and did the hand movements to all three songs!  They sang Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Zacchaeus, and There's No One Like Me.  I was crying from the moment they started walkinig into the chapel with their teachers...so proud of my little girl!

The Dallas Zoo

 Last Saturday, we went to the zoo with the Websters.  Addison and Sarah had a blast hanging out and looking at all of the animals!

 Sarah would only go pet the goats with my supervision.  She didn't want to be by them on her own.

 Addison wanted to ride the camel, and then Sarah and I did as well.  I have to admit, I definitely stepped out of my comfort zone for that one, but Sarah had a blast.  Rusty said I should have seen the look on her face as she was on the camel.

Let's Go On a Walk

 The past few days have been so beautiful outside, and we've been taking advantage of it!  This picture was taken by big sister; she loves to use the camera, and she does a pretty good job!

 The best that I could do with the two of them together...looks like both of them need a nap!

Emily has been sitting on her own for about a minute here and there; I'm sure in about a week or so she'll be doing it all of the time!  

Princess Dress!

 Not only is Sarah in her princess dress and shoes, but she's also sporting her binoculars for you guys!

It is very rare these days when Sarah doesn't want to be in the picture with Emily...I love these girls!



Crafts and Dress Up!

 For a while now, we've really gotten into crafts.  Sarah really enjoys painting, but she also likes to make things with stickers, glue, pipe cleaners, markers, stamps, you name it!  And almost every time she makes something, she says it is for Daddy; very cool, but I'd be lying if I told you my feelings don't get a little hurt...

Also, Addison has turned Sarah on to dress up clothes and being a "princess."  We went to buy Sarah's first "outfit" the other day; I'll have to get pictures of that soon!  The girls enjoy playing and here, they are at PaPa and MeMe's house having fun!

Sister Play

 Not sure how many more toys can fit...Sarah thinks Emily needs to play with all of her toys at the same time.  Fun stuff!

Six Months Old!

 Cutie Emily is six months old today!  She is healthy and growing.  In the solids department, she is also eating oatmeal, avocado, and bananas, along with rice cereal; pretty sure peas will be up next.  She likes to talk and laughs a bunch too!  Love her!

 Emily is very interested in everything.  She inspects so many random things that it is hard to get a picture of her actually looking at me!

 Summer was in town over the weekend for Addison's birthday.  Sarah loved playing with Miss Summer!
