Babeee!

 Emily LOVES babies right now.  Anything that remotely looks like a baby will be called, "Babeee!"  It's pretty cute!  Also, we pretty much have a walker now.  Emily will walk on demand, but she still prefers to crawl.  We are thinking by Christmas she will officially walk everywhere.

 Emily is standing for long periods of time, and she's taken a step a few times.  She will do it more while distracted, so that was how I got some pictures of it.  She's watching the introduction song to Strawberry Shortcake here.

 Sarah and Rusty went camping over the weekend.  Sarah did great, and she had a blast!

Big Girl Bike!

 Sarah is such a pro at riding her tricycle, that we thought we would try a big girl bike.  Let me tell you, this girl knows how to ride a bike!  This was the first time to ride it, and she was pretty much a pro at this one too!  Training wheels might come off before we know it...

We went bowling as a family, and Emily enjoyed playing with the bowling balls and saying, " ball, ball."

Halloween!

 Snow White had a lot of fun last night!  The girls dressed up, and we went as a family first, then Rusty and I got to go with Sarah as the other stayed behind to hand out candy.  Sarah did a great job going up to doors on her own and ringing the door bell.  I think she really enjoyed handing out the candy more though!

Pumpkin Fun!

 We made a quick stop to Houston for Rusty's work, and we were able to go have some fun at a church carnival.  Sarah was so excited to see Addison and Summer that she would barely stay still long enough to take photos, but we finally got her to take a few at the end.

 Sarah reads books while she waits.  I've been having a hard time getting her to smile for the camera lately...she'll either smile and not look, or look and not smile...

 We went to a birthday party for Brendan, a boy in Sarah's class at school.  Sarah had so much fun, and she also got to play with many others from her class that came too!

First Dentist Visit!

 About a week ago, Sarah went to the dentist for the first time!  She did a great job!  Ms. Shannon cleaned her teeth, and Dr. Tim made sure all was okay.  They said she has great teeth and no cavities!

Love her!  Emily is growing and doing so many new and independent things.  She can say Hi and Bye, she can stand on her own for about 2-3 seconds (well, not consistently, but she's done it a few times), and she's saying meow when she sees Einstein, but it's her own little version of it.  She'll clap her hands when you sing the "If You're Happy and You Know It" song, and she'll dance around to any beat she hears.
