Crazy Weather in January

 The warmer weather we've been having gave Sarah the opportunity to take her cool ride for a spin again.  She was SOOO excited when Daddy came home and asked her if she wanted to go drive her car!

Rice Cereal Anyone?

 On Sunday, we tried rice cereal on Emily.  She actually did quite well with it!  She wanted to open her mouth, and she kept it in for the most part.  Looking forward to Emily getting the hang of it as each day progresses!

 Sarah likes to hold Emily's hand, and I was able to catch them doing it and staying still this time.  I love my girls!!

A couple of weeks ago, we were in Houston visiting friends.  I stole this picture from the Weyers, but we've got Kaylee McCauley, William and Samantha Weyer, and the girls.  They were at the park, enjoying the nice weather.

 Caught you!  Actually, Sarah has done this a few times.  Usually, she'll get in there with her sister and play though...

Four Months Old

 It's pretty hard to believe it has already been four months since sweet Emily was born.  She is growing more fun each day!  We had Emily's four month check-up.  She is doing great!  Her weight is 13lbs 3oz (50%), height is 24.8" (75%), and head is 15.8" (50%).  If I remember correctly, she's right where Sarah was at this age in weight, but I think Sarah was longer and had a bigger head than Emily.

 and then eating the book!  Emily is at the stage where practically anything will go in her mouth.

 She's also trying to roll over from her back to her front.

Emily is still not the biggest fan of tummy time, but she's getting better.

Winter Wonderland Fun

 Sarah and a couple of her friends went to the Winter Wonderland in Willow Bend Mall.  They had so much fun playing in the "snow"!!

Making Christmas Cookies

 We went to Aunt Rachel's house to make Christmas cookies.  The girls had a great time making the shapes and decorating the cookies!  Sarah was a fan of the yellow icing, and she wanted to ice every cookie with that color.

Sarah and her friend, Caroline, enjoyed looking at the Trains exhibit at Northpark Center.  It was pretty busy in there, so it made it nearly impossible to get a picture of their faces.  Also, they were way too interested in the trains to stop to give me a smile!
